Angela Bond worked with me in 2015-2016 at Medical Home Team in the capacity of VP of Operations over a National Chronic Disease Management housecall company. I was the company’s Chief Clinical Officer.
In her capacity as VP of Operations, she put order to the support structure behind our housecall teams setting up a central call center and managing the development of the expansion program increasing our housecalls coverage from 35 to 75 teams in multiple locations over a 6 month period. She deployed operational innovations that streamlined services, coordinated the appointment and communication systems and contributed to our ACO compliance processes.
